Hello Ansarielectr, The Panasonic TH-42PWD7 is a professional grade progressive wide screen plasma display. It's not your normal HDTV. You probably already know this. This display requires a component /composite video terminal Board that mounts to slots 1 & 2, or slots 2 & 3. The item number for this component is TY-42TM6Y and can be purchased through the Panasonic support website here for about $270. Once you have this component, you can connect the TH-42PWD7 to a digital HDTV cable box to receive signals. Just make sure you're on the right input signal. Hope this helps.

When turning the tv on in the morrning the tv turns on but just comes up a blue screen

Hello
It is due to the tuner trouble of your TV. Technicaly it is known as tunig drift. Some tuneres will exibit this problem. It will be ok after some time, and will go normally. It will differ according to atmospheric temperature and mostly depends on humidity.
Replcing the tuner with same type and number is the only remedy. Tuners ar not repairable. Replace it. OK.

BEKO TRW325 TV. Frozen on chanel 1.

I turned the TV off. I held in all of the (4) buttons on the front of the TV and turned the TV back on again....this seemed to free up the remote control access and I was able to work the TV normally. The four buttons were the channel and the volume controls.
