Good morning
I followed the steps below but also the new installation (after downloading from http://www.digiblue.com/customer-service/downloads/) shocks my PC.
It is not possible install on my PC DB CIF Cam and Disney Pix Micro Downloader or PixLoader program.
Please help me because on my PC I cannot see pictures taken by my son. It is a sin not being able to use Pix Micro digital camera completely.
I remember You Windows configuration on my PC: Windows XP ? service pack 3.

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Digital Blue! You may have an older version of the software that is not compatible with your computer. Please follow the steps below to uninstall the software and reinstall the updated software from our website.
1. Click on your START button > Control Panel > Programs and Features (for Windows Vista).
Click on your START button > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (for Windows XP).
2. Uninstall the Disney Pix Micro Downloader or PixLoader program.
3. Uninstall the DB CIF Cam program (if listed) and the Disney Micro program (if listed).
4. Unplug the camera from your computer.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Leave the camera unplugged from your computer and click on the link below and download and install the Disney Pix Micro Drivers & Downloader Program for WIN 2000, XP, or Vista.
7. Download link: http://www.digiblue.com/customer-service/downloads/
8. At the end of the installation it will ask you to restart your computer.
9. Once your computer has restarted, please plug in the camera and let the drivers install.
10. Once the drivers have been installed, open the PixLoader program and download your photos.

If your particular driver is not located on this page, please contact customer service at DigiBlue and they will be happy to provide you with another disk.
It's very large (48 mb) and very slow to install. Eventually, you get a shortcut on your desktop that, once you plug the camera in to a USB port, will download your pics into a folder.
