Hi if your beko 765s washing machine wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.

Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.

At our website I am doing self diagnostic videos on these beko's as we speak so all tutorials will be in this link below
How to replace Beko Washing Machine Motor Carbon Brushes
you might find this test video helpful but only do it if you have checked the motor

If it is not emptying properly that will cause an error. Or not spinning.
Check the pump is working and the drum turns. Is the filter clean and not got a sock stuck in it?

My washing machine was switched off mid cycle. Now the start/pause, ready, wash & spin/end buttons are lit up. I have switched it on and off from the mains. No change. It is a beko wm6123w. Please help

Try looking in the troubleshooting section of the products user guide/instruction manual, if you have lost this, you can normally download a copy from the manufacturers (beko) website, this is normally located in the support section of the websites.

have you tried pressing the start/stop button as the cycle maybe simply paused.

Beko WMA 765s washer, power works no display

If there is power and lights are showing, but the door will still not open, then it could be one of several things.
First and foremost the door lock could be faulty, or the door handle or latch mechanism could be faulty or broken, if the door lock is not getting power then it is probably the main cotrol unit at fault.
I feel you should get someone to look at it for you.

Zanussi jet system 1200

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. Press "end of cycle" to finish the mid stoppage..
