I have the iPhone, and I locked it and now I dont now remember the password. I tryed so many times and it said "iPhone Disabled connect to iTunes". I connected it and iTunes says they cant connect it because the phone is locked... and I just need some help. Please Help Me

If you have a genuine iphone purchased legally from operator you can update or restore iphone to remove lock. beware all your data including contacts and media photos etc will be lost.
the trick is to turn the iphone off. , remove the data cable from phone, then hold home button and then connect cable to phone,
you will see the recovery icon on the phone if you have done as i instructed and your phone will be detected in itunes.
now you can restor or upgrade.

You Could Try To Reset It .
You Will NOT Lose Anything Doing This.
Hold The Home And Lock Button At The Same Time.
And After Holding For Awhile An Apple Symboll Will Appear And Your Phone Will Turn On .
Otherwise You Will Just Have To Wait Untill You Get Your Computer Back Dear .

Perform a restore via iTunes. That will reset everything. Then resync to get everything back to your iPhone.

If you plug your phone into the computer and it tells you that its locked, put the phone into DFU mode http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034
And restore it from there.
It took me 3 times to actually get it into DFU mode so it may take a couple of tries.
