My lg Tromm front load washer had a UE error code. I know this is for an unbalanced load but I turned off the machine. Once I adjust the load balance, how do I get it back to the spin cycle

An LG washer displaying the UE or uE error code means that the load in the washer is unbalanced. ... When the uE error code is displayed, it means that the washer is trying to resolve the issue. The washer will fill with water to try to balance the load. It will then drain and try to spin again.

LE code is locked rotor which is because the UE unbalanced load occurred. If you had a small load or a load that was one large bulky item or even something like sheets or towels knotted together the machine could not balance the load after 10 attemps. So it asks you to help with error codes.

From back or underneath, check that all three shock absorbers are attached. Take top off and check if both springs are in place and un broken

UE indicates an unbalanced load

UE = Unbalance Error. If you are doing a large item and cannot add, reduce, or adjust the load, try adjusting the spin speed to a low spin speed setting. If the load is still too wet, you can run just a pump and spin by turning on power and then selecting the spin speed, one setting higher than the last one which ran the full cycle through without resulting in the UE code,(without selecting a cycle) and push start.

UE Refers that the Unit is Unbalanced. Take out the clothes out of the washer and then Run the washer. Does it Spin?

If yes, then it might be Unbalanced Load. Try to Load Small Clothes. If not, or if the Error is Appearing again and Again, Control Board or the Sensor is at Fault. You cannot Test the Control Board or the Sensor but usually Sensor is the Common Problem with Most of the LG Washers.

So, First Change the Sensor. If Problem Persists, Change the Control Board. On Most Models, Sensor would be Located near the Front of the Unit on the Side of the tub.

UE - Unbalance switch error Unbalanced load is sensed three times during a spin operation. Open lid. Rebalance laundry load and close lid.
· Check wiring harness
· Check unbalance switch

UE means unbalanced error. when you see this, it means the clothes are unevenly distributed in washer, it's basically unbalanced.

UE is likely an unbalanced load or load is too large. Reduce the size of the load and your issue should be resolved.
