the lack of replies suggests you'd be better off putting a memory card into anything else other than a Kodak easyshare..... just look on here at the amount of Kodak & easyshare problems there are....... but for the record, "GOOGLE" mentions 32GB works fine and class 4 or over.

Video sound

Memory card unusable after downloading pictures kodak c142 camera

Hello Gerald, Do you mean after uploading the photos to your PC ? Try to format the card using the camera set up menu and see if this helps, sounds like the card got corrupted during the upload.

I shoot a video with my Kodak Easyshare camera, and It will not have sound. I have tried looking at the menue, and it already says "All camera sounds On" but there is no sound. How do I put sound...

Since the camera has a microphone it can record sound but there is no speaker so you can't hear anything during playback on the camera. You have to transfer/copy your videos to a computer (with speakers) and then play them back there to actually hear the recorded sounds.

This noise your hearing is probably the auto focus (AF)

My Kodak Easyshare C142 is not starting up though i have put new batteries... lasttime as well same thing happened but got resolved automatically, i thought may be because of batteries ...but now it is not...

I found this information on Amazon regarding the camera and it makes sense but I haven't tried it. Since the camera has a microphone it can record sound but there is no speaker so you can't hear anything during playback on the camera. You have to upload your videos to a computer (with speakers) to actually hear the recorded sounds.
