Sounds like COF (Chip On Film) strip fault. Check this link for more details. There is illustrations [screenshots] and reasons to plasma displays. Check it out, and compare them with your TVs fault. Pull up older posts there.

If your fuse was blown and replacing it did not help, then you need to replace your power supply. Panasonic calls them P boards.

Your power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors.These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable,and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

usually not very cost effective to replace the front screen. id say around 70% of what you paid for the tv.

ORDER PART ON E BAY

Go to your local Panasonic service agent and get the plasma screen replaced.
