The part is no longer made. Your best bet is to try to find a used shaver of the same series (SmartTouch) on ebay or something like that. You can then cannibalize it for parts

Scroll down page for disassembly video. For easier replacement, it is suggested that you use a modified installation technique. This is to break the tabs off of the old batteries rather than unsoldering them from the circuit board. This allows the old batteries to be removed but leaves the tabs attached to the circuit board. You can then solder the tabs from the new batteries to the old existing tabs

mcdevito75 here, There are 2 versions of batteries in Norelco shavers 1 system is where the batteries are soldered to a circuit board in which case you"d have to replace the shaver or find an appliance repair shop in your area, The 2nd is where you can replace the batteries your self but, you;ll need a set od torx screwdrivers available at any auto parts store, refer to Norelco online at Norelco.com for Battery replacement. Look for these torx screws on the back cover or by lifting the shaver head .
