PC Suit for LG Shine KE970 mobile you can download here-http://www.lg.com/uk/support/mc-support/mobile-phone-support.jsp
1. Download the LG PC Suit.
2. Double click the exe file to run it.
3. Follow the instructions given to you.
5. When installation has completed, the program will open and you can connect your LG Shine KE970 mobile without any problem.

I have uploaded it to this location. I think (and hope) it is not specific to the KE970, because it's from my wife's KF750.
