Have an EBAC CD35 dehumidifier. The red LED on the front is on constantly, is this the bucket full light and why would it be on constant if there is a hose? (ie no bucket to be full). Don't have the manual but found it online and it didn't mention anything. Also have no idea what the numbers mean 1 to 10 on knob

ck to see that bucket is installed all the way back inside cabinet , they sometimes hook the bucket presents switch together with the full switch

google your full model number - take out bucket and look in cavity for sticker

bucket may need a shim to keep it in contact with bucket full switch (switch thinks bucket has been removed)

Either the humidistat is weak or the bucket is in place button is vibrating against bucket and short cycling

Unfortunately, Ebac has discontinued their HD line at the moment. The only other bucket style dehumidifier that they currently manufacuter is the CD35 dehumidifier.

I have found this issue to be pretty common on alot of LG dehumidifiers. Try and reseat the bucket so the left and right sides where the bucket meets the dehumidifier are both flush with the dehumidifier. The issue usually is you will notice that the left side sticks out a little farther than the right side. If this is the case that means the bucket s not fully engaged with the sensor and it will keep running even when the bucket is full. If you reseat the bucket and both sides are not even try reseating it again until both sides are flush. Once they are flush let t run and keep an eye on it the first time running it like this. You should notice the full bucket light when the bucket is full now. If you found this solution helpful please rate it.
