Just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information and items at the website indicated.
When you get to the LG support page, just click on the OWNER'S MANUAL - ENGLISH (4,429K) link under the ACROBAT PDF column.
After you click on that button, it will ask you if you want to open or save the file. Choose SAVE.
Now Choose a location on your computer where you would like to save the file. The easiest place is just right on your DESKTOP so it will be easy to find later. Now click SAVE.
Once the download completes in about 5 seconds, Click on the OPEN button.
If the document opens then just read it, or print it off if you want, or just leave it on your computer to reference when you need it.
If the document does not open, then you may need a PDF viewer program like ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary. Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.
I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.
Check out the menu used to manage your inputs. It sounds like the TV is looking for an input in the wrong location. The signal may be coming in on HDMI port 1 for instance but the TV is monitoring and expecting the signal to be on HDMI port 2.
If this does not work or you need help finding the settings, post back and I will see what I can do.
I had the same problem with my new LG. To fix this, press exit on the remote control then power off on the remote. Turn the TV back on and all should be well.
