I bought a deer cam (trail camera) at Walmart and a PNY card with PNY Multi-Slot USB & Flash Card Reader P-UBSDRDR21K-RF. I can't make them all work for me. PNY card reader has no instructions on the package neither on their website and their support is a joke. When I plug in this multi-slot card reader into my PC (I tried two different PCs) something isn't right. I get no results, just empty folders. The card is new and has data on it. Both products come from PNY, both were purchased at Walmart and both are going back to Walmart for a full refund and I will never buy a PNY product ever again.

Try putting a tiny piece of scotch tape over the lock slider. See if that works.

How to delete video and music on a pny 4g flash drive

Plug the USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer. An Explorer window will popup once it's recognized by Windows.

Click on the file you want to delete so it's highlighted. Right click and choose delete. It's that simple.

Have you installed a scanner/another external USB drive since first trying your Flash drive? If so, try unplugging that and re-insert your Flash drive. I had this problem and a friend suggested this and it worked!

Deleted files from my PNY 4GB flash drive are still taking up space.

Most flash drive comes with its on date support files on it. If those had not been removed then, yes it will show some space used.

I have today puchased 2 x PNY 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive but, nnot being very computer literate, I am at a loss to work out how I use them. I can't find a slot to plug it into. Do I need something else to...

These will plug directly into your USB port. Depending on the computer you have, the port location will change. On most modern desktops, there are two or more USB ports (http://www.shivaranjan.com/shivaupload/windowslivewriter/10WaystoNetworkTwoComputers_11F65/USBPort.jpg) in the front, and several more in the back. On most laptops, there may or may not be some on the back, but typically there are some on the side with the CD/DVD drive. Simply plug the device into one of those ports (make sure you put it in face-up), and your computer should instantly recognize it as a memory card/hard disk.
