I have an Epic t60. The incline stopped working. I was in the midst of going from flat incline to full and then back down again when it stopped. The incline numbers now register on the display, but it doesn’t move.

Try to recalibrate the incline. Start the machine running, press the incline up button, then pull the safety key off. Release the incline up button and replace the safety key. The treadmill should go to maximum incline then minimum. after calibration is completed, retry the treadmill operation.

Treadmill- Epic T60. Immediately starts of at full speed and causes circuit breaker to trip

Hi There,

This problem could be a faulty speed sensor . Especially with optical speed sensors. The other reason could be a faulty LCB ( MCB)

Epic Comfort step 425mx treadmill that we have is stuck on incline. How do I get it to go back down?

This happened to my treadmill. You need to get to the motor and see if the belt is fraying. If so, the fibers may have gotten entangled in the motor causing it to stay at the highest incline level. Once you clear this the treadmill will go up and down again. Hope this helps!

Epic treadmill t60 is stuck in max incline how do

Usually when stuck at the max up position it indicates that you may need a new incline motor. It is not the sensor. I have been repairing treadmills for 15 years and incline sensors seldom if ever go bad. If can isolate the incline motor using a 110 volt power cord, this may un-jam the motor and get it back down to 0%.
I use www.treadmillpartszone.com for parts.

The Incline is stuck at an angle

Check the motor and the gears that run the unit up and down. If is located on the front of the unit under the face plate. make sure everything is power everything. Also check the gears to make sure they did not break and check the tracks to make sure it did not fall off the track causing it to stay up
