How do I download pictures from Finepix S5700 to PC with Windows 8.1?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

I require software to download images/vid from my vivicam 7340

Not really. This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

But despite what said first... There are plenty of photo catalog software packages out there, some free, some not, that can transfer and catalog your pictures so you can quickly find pictures from Susie's birthday party, for example. Just do a google search for "photo catalog software".

Night shoot and Indoor photo quality is not good with Fuji S5700

Your Sony camera must be more noise-free at high Iso settings than the S5700. As you view your shots on the camera, press the button with the square and the +/- symbol in it. Now you can see what Iso setting the pic was taken at. The 400, 800 and 1600 settings are all noisy on this camera. The only solution is to use a tripod with long shutter time and Iso 200 or less.

Can't find my camera Fine Pix S5700

You don't need the software. Connect the cam to the PC, press START, double click "My Computer", look for the Fuji Cam icon, double click on it, drill down until you see your pics, and you can drag and drop them into any folder you like on your computer. You'd have to transfer them to the net some other way.
