My phone says sim card rejected. It is the sim card that came with the phone. Good evening sir, my mobile create a problem in which it display on the screen is sim card rejected. my sim card is rejected after i put in the puk code and then it asked for my password i put it in and now the sim cards rejected
This happen if there is some problem in the sim card holder port ....
there
will be loose contact inside the sim card holder is not touching the
circuit board inside due to this your sim card is getting rejected ...

you have told that the phone is a brand new one so i am sure that you
will be having the warranty so just make use of it by contact the
dealer with whom you have purchased or contacting the company customer
care number to get more information about how to make use of your
warranty ......
if you dont have the warranty then you must open the handset
and
just remove the circuit board & sim card holder and insert it again
so that the sim card holder touches the circuit board correctly ...
after this refit the phone then surely your sim will be accepted ....

it will ask for the PUK code when you try inserting the wrong pin
for 3 times ...
so to get the PUK code follow these steps:
1. call to your network provider s customer care from some of your friends number of the same network ...
tell your number & ask them for the PUK code..
2. they may ask you the details of sim like in whose name it is etc..
answer that ...
3. after that they will provide you the PUK code note it down
4. enter the noted PUK number to your cell ...
5. your sim will get unlocked ....
caution:
if you try inserting the wrong PUK codes for more than 5 or 10 times it
will completely block the sim after that you must contact the network
provider s shoppe only to get it unlocked ..

this is because ur phone is locked to a provider. you'll need to unlock your phone first and then u can use ur phone with any sim
