Indicates that the toner cartridge is becoming empty and needs replacement.

follow cartridge replacement procedure for this device.

to maybe get a few pages from the old cartridge.
remove it and give is a gentle shake from side to side. and then replace it.
this is not a fix but may give you a few more pages printing.

recommended to use samsung recommended replacement cartridge.

I hope this was helpful.

there are many on the market, but is it always wiser in the long run to use a vendor recommended part or replacement to stay within garantee and function parameters.

Why is my copier printing faint

There are a few potential reasons why your copier might be printing faint copies:
  1. Low toner levels: If the toner in your copier is running low, the copies it produces may appear faint or light. To fix this issue, you will need to replace the toner cartridge.
  2. Dirty or clogged nozzles: If the nozzles on your copier's print head are dirty or clogged, they may not be able to produce a full, even layer of toner on the page. To fix this issue, you can try cleaning the nozzles or running a nozzle check to see if any are clogged.
  3. Wear and tear on the print head: If the print head on your copier is worn or damaged, it may not be able to produce copies with the same intensity as a new or well-maintained print head. In this case, you may need to replace the print head to fix the issue.
  4. Incorrect print settings: If the print settings on your copier are set to a low quality or low density setting, the copies it produces may appear faint. To fix this issue, you will need to adjust the print settings to a higher quality or density setting.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a malfunction or defect with the copier that will need to be addressed by a professional. In this case, you may want to consider contacting the manufacturer or a customer service representative for further assistance.

Sometimes only prints half a page

make, model? i'm guessing that the toner (printer is of the laser type?) is running low. temporary fix, remove toner cartridge & gently shake to spread (distribute) the powder inside.

Replace toner and before filling the powder it shows toner low

Dear Ahmed
You have not mentioned the printer model, however if your printer use chip that has also replaced during refilling. If you are in India put a sticker on the chip contact area only.
Also the page count of the printer is based on the equivalent to 5% of standard A4 page. and irrespective to actual page consumed.

THANKS.

Half the page is dark grey

Low toner.
Consider how often you print.
If you print more than twice a day, toner will tend to run low after half a year, so I would buy a replacement cartridge and see if this solves your issue.
They aren't terribly expensive, so it is worth a shot.

I am getting a faint line all down the page

Most likely you have a defective black toner cartridge. Open the front shutter on the black toner and look at the drum. If you see the drum has toner on it corresponding to the line down the page, you found the problem. If you can't see anything on the drum try printing a page and then interrupting the printout while the page is still in the printer. If you see the line on the page before it goes through the fuser, (the last roller thing on the top of the printer) then it still is the toner cartridge. If it occurs only after the fuser then it, the fuser, is at fault.

Deteriorating Print Quality

This is Maltesecross. Turns out that the faintness of my printed pages was in fact due to a low ink cartridge, even though some pages printed out fine and others half-good. Eventually, all pages turned faint, and upon re-installing the driver, I got a low-ink warning (the first one ever). Putting in a new ink cartridge solved the problem for me.

My printer won't print multiple pages

The Toner is running low. What is happening is you are low on toner in the MIDDLE of the Cartiridge. Take the cartridge out and jently shake it left to right (be careful you dont make a mess) this will distribute the toner evenly. time to buy a spare as this wont last much longer.
