Sir please call to the aircel simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. The PUK (pin unlock key) code is usually printed on the Back of the SIM pack check it out and if it isn't there then u need to call your carrier and they will give to to you after verification. Make sure not to enter the PUK code your self after 10 incorrect attempts the Sim will be permanently blocked and then u'll need to get a new one! Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account.
