The number is at the bottom of the Recall information.

Some have a breaker, but looking for it shows me that it has a separate power supply. You need to test components with a Multimeter.

On a cross-fit trainer, it will be a loose joint or worn bushing. It has two belts a primary and a secondary. It is possible that one has parted near the join and is bumping as it goes of the pulley.

I think you should return the product, this is not exceptable, especially with no instructions and a battery that won't charge.

The Power on password is stored on an EEPROM chip and removing the BIOS battery will not remove this power on password.
There is a way to remove this password, it requires an EEPROM reader and some electronic skills, please click on this link and follow my instructions :-

I was looking for a manual for my T500 as well and stumbled across this site:

It is for the reliable brand but they are almost identical and it is better than nothing!
