I'm connected on the internet but it says:
"Error 106 (net::ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED): The Internet connection has been lost."
Because of this, I can not see my google friend connect, for instance.

i'm not sure what the actual problem is, of course it's going to say the connection to the internet is lost if you disable the wireless adapter. what exactly is the problem?

it is an antivirus problem... uninstall or pause your antivirus and then try to connect.it will definitely work..this is due to the wrong connections from chrome with antivirus..
Look in Start - Connect to - Show all connections - If you have an Internet Gateway and the Internet connection shows disconnected - Double click the line and it will connect.
Now if I could only work out why it doesn't do this automatically ....
Also Use Internet Explorer to connect to http://192.168.1.1/ which should allow you to log into the router directly and set the log on details and logon password.
