If you have a Windows operating system for your computer, you should be able to see the contents of the USB drive via the Windows Explorer window, but if you are having trouble locating the files, try this trick:
1. Before inserting the USB drive, find the "My Computer" icon on your desktop, and double-click it.
2. When the My Computer window pops up, make a note of all the drives listed. Each one will be assigned a different letter, for example: "Local Disk (C:)" is your "C" Drive, already located inside your computer. You probably already have a C, D, maybe E, and possibly F
3. Insert the TravelDrive into a USB port, while watching the list of drives in your My Computer window. If the TravelDrive is working properly, it will be assigned a new letter. It will probably be something like "Removable Disk (G:)"
4. Double-Click the name of the new drive, and you should be able to see its directories and contents the same way you view the rest of the files on your computer.
Good luck!
