Hi,

If this happens just recently, most probably the cause of dripping is that there is something that blocks and restricts the condensate line and it causes the water to overflow and drips.

Try to check the line if it is free from any obstruction.

Hope this help you.

Why is my air con dripping water from inside vent?

If this is a split system, the condensate drain to the outside is blocked.

Air conditional water drip

That happened to us. It was a broken pump, pump was up in attic. attached to our inside air-con unit. We had it fitted on an inside wall of the house, and so a pump must be installed to take away the condensed water to the outside of the house. Hindsight being 20/20 I would never buy one that needed a pump to get the condensed water out of the house. We would have put it an outside wall where the water goes straight outside, no pump needed. Our First pump lasted just over 2 years so warranty was expired. Cost us over NZ$500 to have new pump installed. Never again. Only attach your unit to an outside wall, even it looks prettier on the wall where it would need a pump. Bottom line:- Don't touch a pump. Pump was cheap but labor cost for serviceman astronomical! Bet of luck.

Water leaking out of hose on a fujitysu split system ast24rga

Normally, an Air Conditioner removes water from the air and that water condenses on the coils of the inside section that does the cooling. The water condenses on the cooling coils just like moisture condenses on the outside of a glass of ice water.
This excess water drains out of the cooling section through a "drip tube" and is supposed to drain outside of the house, or a drainage system. Your "drip tube" has either not been installed (if it is a brand new installation), has separated and water is now dripping into the house instead of outside of it. Or it is clogged. This happens when algae builds up inside the "drip pan". If that is the case, you can purchase "algaecide" tablets which kill the algae that is clogging the drip pan and preventing water from draining out through the drip tube. These tablets can be found in many hardware stores, refrigeration supply companies, or even Walmart. You can put a tablet inside the pan. (You will have to remove the cover of the unit). You can often use a little bit of Bleach and that will act as an algaecide. Hope this helps,
Best, Mark

Water dripping from air con use

If the unit is mounted on an outside wall check the condensate drain that comes out with the line-set to the outdoor unit. If the pipping goes up into the attic than you have a small condensate pump that may have failed. The float in the pump may have stuck in the down position not allowing the pump to come on.

Leaking water from inside samsung split sytem

if your indoor unit is leaking water down the wall,it is from one of two things.First, is possibly the insulkation on the copper lines is coming loose and the suction line is condesated, with no way to drain,it drips down the unit. The other possiblity is that the drain hose is coming loose from vibration and leaking a little.
