Try connecting with USB to your computer and see if the camera is detected by windows in "My Computer". Most newer operating systems/computers will detect the camera.

Another option is to use a flash card reader to transfer files. This is my preferred method. It doesn't use camera battery and I have a second flash card ready to go while the other is transferring files.

To Whom It May Concern: I am looking to update my drivers for the VuPoint DC-C313C2-VP for Windows Vista 64. Are there any that I can download as the driver that came with the camera does not work....

You can try this one:
ftp://vps:[email protected]/Drivers/DC-C313C-VP-driver.zip

Whether that works or not, you might want to consider NOT using a driver at all.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

If your camera uses a memory card, just use a card reader to download your pics.

No sound when filming a video

Hi there. Sound may be set to mute in your digicam. If you could go to menu or options (i think that is the small button below) then select settings. See volume and set to high..
