With this phone there is a small flap on the right side of the phone. If you gently lift the flap you will see the Micro SD card and then you will need gently push the card in first and it will spring back out so you can grab it. Hope this helps David
Yo! you need to see the pack of your sim card for your PUK code. it is being provided by your network provider. if you still have difficulties getting it, you will havet o call the customer care of your service provider to get the PUK code.thanks
The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide
I think your phone is CDMA, not GSM, for what it won't have a SIM slot (which uses to be located under the battery, on many GSM phones). You can confirm this by reading its user manual. In case you happen to miss it, you can download it from this location.

AND TAKE THE BATTERY OUT INSERT THE SIM CARD..
