Well Carrefour is a French chain, so I doubt they do an English version. Run the French one through Google Translate. Use the Document tab or the Website tab.

There are free manuals for different models, that should answer your question, or provide telephone customer support numbers, if you can identify the model number.

Look on the right side on that section of the page and find the DOWNLOAD link.

Click or tap on the download arrow.

You will see all the pages of the manual, which you can download and save to the Documents folder of your computer (look for the icon in the upper right corner of the page; the icon looking like a piece of paper with a downward pointing arrow in the middle.)

Make sure you save the downloaded file using a file name you can find again easily - Samsung Microwave MS143SCE Manual, for example.
