This is an Epic 425 MX treadmill, model number EPTL88105.1. The treadmill doesn't operate at speed when there is weight on it, but lows down dramatically and somewhat erratically/jerkily. When weight is off the belt it tends to surge ahead before slowing back to the console speed. This problem occurred all at once and didn't develop over time. Concurrent with that, the machine also started to operate with a minor "rumbling" noise. I have checked the belt tension and it is within the manual parameters, nor does the belt slip when under load.

you must have a Lamp for to help the screws. Unless the machine had not screws, must be adjusted to a pressure. You must use the screwdriver for to help to open the hood. see the video:
