My actyfry tefal stopped working ,the heating elment stopped and no electrical current in it(i cheaked in store) but the rotating shaft still working can u tell what to do &do u have spare parts &how much does it cost including shippment? im in bahrain(middle east

Electric dryer? If it doesn't heat at all it is most likely shot. You have one heating coil in the rear of the dryer. You will need to take it apart to get to it. You will notice if the coil is broken once you visually inspect it.
Return the unit to Tefal for a repair under warranty, or claim under a separate product warranty.
If you have no warranty then your only fix is to replace it with another ActiFry. But as they're notoriously unreliable you might choose not to.
There is almost nothing user-fixable on the ActiFry and it has not been designed to be repaired. They have about a 3 year maximum lifespan assuming an "average" domestic usage cycle, and far less if used every day.
I have a ref. thermometer, round metal type I got a Wal-Mart that I check the dryer temp at the discharge. I bent the metal bottom so I can lodge it in the discharge pipe, turn the dryer on and watch the temp. Normally on high heat it will go up to 140-150 and cool down to 120-125 then cycle back on.
