Check for frost in the freezer section. Might be problem with defrost cycle and or heater, or defrost bi metal
If the freezer and the refrigerator does not get cold at all, then you need to check the refrigerators gas pressure level. If the gas is empty, then it will not get cold bot at the fridge and freezer level. I strongly advice you get the gas pressure or level checked and refilled to be able to get your freezer and refrigerator working fine once again. Hope this information was helpful. Check the damper in the top back of the fresh food section. make sure that it is open and air is coming through it.
Check the compressor and the relay. Make sure they are working when you turn on freezer and fridge to the max. If the compressor does not start then you need a new relay. If the compressor starts then it is your thermostat that has gone bad and must be replaced. you can find the parts on repairclinic.com and order them with instructions on how to remove the bad part and install the new part
