When I use my dryer the dryer does not get hot enough to dry my clothes. It feels like it gets warm but not hot enough to dry clothes. I have to run clothes through 2 cycles and even then some things are still damp.
Any ideas or replacement part ideas??
Our clothes dryer is only 2 yrs old. It's a Kenmore. Forthe past several weeks I have to set the dial twice for 60 minutes to dry a load. I have tried making the load size smaler, but still the clothes need two or three cycles before they are dry. They never feel hot. Does that mean I need a new heating element?Http://www.repairclinic.com/0088_8_1.asp
Heating element
Your dryer's heating element may be partially burned out. If it is, your dryer still heats, but at such a low temperature that it takes three or four times as long to dry the clothes. If the element is partially burned out, replace it.
Type in model No at search tab to find parts availability

Most common cause of this is a clogged venting going to the outside to test this remove the vent from the back of the dryer and run a load if it drys ok them you know you have a venting issue and will need to be cleaned out if not plz repost and we can look deeper into it
