That depends on your country, who you purchased it from and any dealos that you have been given at the point of sale.

I can not find the right web page to register my L26D205 TV

There doesn't appear to be one. Registration may not be necessary. Contact customer support to find out. Usually support will advise you to simply hold on to your receipt or bill of sale for a year for warranty repair purposes. Please contact them to make sure there isn't a warranty card they can mail to you or warranty web site.

My Hitachi P50x01au plasma TV screen goes blank suddently, and the power indicator green light blinking. TV cannot be turn off by the remote. I switched off the power manually, and turn it on, but the...

I would open back and check all boards for cracks, this is a problem with these sets. Then count the blinks on the set and see if it stops for a moment and starts back.

Hitachi Plasma HDTV turns off by itself. indicating lamp flashes.

The unit senses a fault in the power circuit. It is either in the power supply unit (PSU) peripherals or in the PSU itself.
    • One of the peripherals might be loading down the PSU causing it to shutdown.
    1. Check the power input terminals of the peripherals for any short circuit using an ohmmeter.
    2. Replace any part found to be causing the issue.
    • The power supply unit cannot run under load and shuts down. It is usually caused by bad capacitors.
    1. Check the PSU board for any bad capacitor.
    2. Replace bad capacitors with the same specifications.
    3. Make sure to replace the capacitors in correct polarity.
    4. Bad capacitors look like these:3a72a3c.jpg17dffa0.jpg

Hitachi 50" Plasma (P50X01AU), power light comes on but no screen

Hope you already resolve it, if not, here what I went through 1. Try to get a service manual for your model ($10-18) from http://www.service-docs2.com or similar place. 2. Open the back and follow instructions how to remove and test the SDR-D and SDR-U board on the far left (take one off, see if you could see half the picture). Inpsect the chips on those two boards, you might be able to spot the burned out holes (that would be the defected board, seemed to be a known issue for particular models) 3. If it is the board, go to ebay and get the pulled out board replacement ($70-90) I fixed my 50 inch plasma this way

Overall Warranty 1 Year - this may be incorrect.

My monitors have 3 years, did you purchase a extended warranty?

check with hitachi or your dealer about the warranty it may get it repaired for free, if its still under warranty.

maybe not but its worth it to check.

    Black out?!?!?

I finally got information from the repair shop. Apparently it is the upper and lower panel drive. The parts are supposedly not more than a couple hundred dollars, though I'll let you know when I get the bill. I do want to say that Hitachi was great when I called them. Even though my plasma is out of warranty by a few months, they agreed to pay for parts if I pay for labor. That just might keep me buying Hitachi products despite the issues I've had with my 2 plasmas.
