I would suspect the T-CON board, you can try reseating the two flat ribbon cables between the T-CON board and the LCD panel to see if the pworblem goes away first.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
