You can download the software for your webcam from Logitech official website (click here to open the download page for Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000)
Open the link, click on the grey button "Choose OS" and select the operating system type installed on your system, i.e. windows xp or windows vista or windows 7. And on the next page, click blue "Download Now" button.
Right on the first page is software for your operating system. Download it by clicking it and it will start downloading. After that it will ask you to run click run. That's it. The rest it should do by itself.
