Try to re-program your cellphon using the nokia software updater, just go to www.nokia.com
select your region, now, go to SUPPORTS tab, after that, click on SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, then, DEVICE SOFTWARE UPDATE, select the MODEL of your HANDSET, even you have the same firmware version, you can still update or correct some errors in your handset. AFTER choosing the model of your PHONE, go to the bottom part of the page, CLICK on DOWNLOAD UNDER SOFTWARE UPDATER, make sure to download the software compatible with the operating system of your PC and the language ofcourse.
Now, AFTER downloding the file, just SAVE & RUN it in your PC, make sure to have stable internet connection and the battery of your handset is fully charged. follow all the instructions on how to update or reset your handset. By the way, for the instructions, you just need to plug your phone into the computer and run the software, you just have to click some buttons for confirming..

First download and install

Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link 5130 flash file or Nokia flash file and install it to C / programme
files/pheonix..after finished this installation open pheonix 
Inside the interface at the> left top <there you see
"File" click there and choose "open file" and
then select the approprait Product type i.e"which is written in the
back banel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing
this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is
"Flashing" press there when you click there you'll see three
icon just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see
another interface.Look at the product code there should be blank and put your
"mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code"
there is a Botton and choose the code which is written in the
back side of your phone.e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found
just take one.After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing"
click that box.Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB
to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just
finished (In case your phone is Dead,unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish"
after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton"
press it and wait untill the phone will Restart automaticlly in normal mode
