The seal around the piston on your master cylinder is leaking. You need to replace it not just for cleanliness, but more for safety. With it leaking, you are losing fluid that is supposed to be going to the brakes. Your brakes will eventually faiil if you don't fix this soon

2002 Chrysler town and country, always had soft brake pedal, replaced calipers and master cylinder bled brakes several times problem still there, suddenly pedal got full but brakes started dragging.

A soft or spongy brake pedal is an indicator that there is air in the hydraulic line(s) of your brake system.
Improper bleeding could be a cause.
Damaged or malfunctioning master cylinder could be another cause...
Damaged, crimped, or pin hole leak in the brake line...
Leaking or damaged wheel cylinder...
Poorly adjusted brake calipers...
Using the wrong type of DOT brake fluid...
Using brake fluid from a previously opened container that has been sitting around for more than 6-months (DOT type 3 and type 4 are glycol-based fluids that absorb water).

How do I fix a falling brake pedal

Can you see a leak anywhere else, around the master cylinder or the front calipers, or anywhere along the brake lines? Look on both sides of the firewall around the pedal shaft. Do you lose fluid level on repeated brake applications? Any of that means fluid is still leaking out.

When the engine is running and you get a slowly falling pedal, can you pump it up to a higher level, by pumping the pedal? If so there is still some air in the brake system. ABS brakes can be very difficult to bleed completely without a pressure bleeder.

I think you can discount water in the fluid as you have bled it twice. Anyway don't leave this go, as the Caravan is a heavy vehicle.

Low brake fluid level. Refilled and again low level. Do I need a brake master cylinder?

Check for external brake fluid leaks on brake master, on all wheel brake cylinders/calipers. Check also for leakes under the vehicle for possible brake hose and pipe leaks.

Brake pedal goes almost to the floor

Is the brake fluid low in master cylinder reservoir? Notice any fluid around the area. Have you checked your brake cylinders for brake fluid leaks?

Losing brake fluid with no leak

It's a sealed system, so it's got to be going somewhere, leaking somewhere (or boiling off from severe braking operations over and over). Since you likely haven't experienced extreme braking, it must be leaking somewhere.
You will have to trace all your brake lines from the master cylinder to each wheel to check for any sign of leaking. Front calipers are easy to spot leaks when they leak. If you have drum brakes on the rear, you may need to pull off the drum to check the wheel brake cylinders. Peel back the rubber boot on each end of the wheel cylinder and look for any fluid leaks there.
Another place to check is at the back of the master cylinder. If a seal is bad there, it has been known to leak fluid inside the car, under the dash. Feel around the carpet under and behind the brake pedal for any wetness. If you find brake fluid there, you will need the master cylinder replaced or rebuilt.
Hope you find the problem. Don't forget to check the ABS system and brake lines, too.

I dont know where to add brake fluid on a 1989 jeep wrangler?

you should be able to add fluid by unscrewing to top of the master cylinder. Check for leaks around the brake lines and calipers, or a leak at the master cylinder(where you check the fluid). If a leak is found you will have to repair it. the rubber brake lines in the wheel wells are susceptible to cracking. then you will have to bleed the brake system with new fluid. I would recommend having a professional do it for you.

My brake pedal goes all the way to the floor

Brake pedal goes to the floor? When does it happen. That is the most important piece of information. Most brake systems are power assisted via vacuum from the engine. Your brake booster is what makes the "power assist" work. There are some specific times when you will feel your brake pedal "fade" to the floor and it is normal due to the cycle of the brake components operation. If your brake pedal goes to the floor every time you step on it, stop driving and get to a repair facility! If the pedal is working when driving and the vehicle seems to be working as it always has, then chances are there is no concern. To be on the safe side, have it checked the next time you are in for any other type of service. There is a sensor inside most brake reservoirs that activates the indicator light in your instrument cluster when the level is lower than it should be. As your brake pads wear down, the system requires more fluid so the level at the reservoir drops setting the light. Same thing if there is a leak. The fluid level drops and the light goes on. This brake fluid leak would most likely be combined with a spongy pedal or a pedal fade every time you step on the brakes. A leak would also almost always have a wet area around the leak. Sometimes the leak can be internal to a part of the car you cannot see, so don't count on it.One easy way to check most brake boosters and the brake system for leaks is to turn the vehicle off and pump the brake pedal. Every time you depress the pedal you should feel the pedal "height" come up and the pedal get harder. After a few firm pumps of the pedal, hold it down. Leave pressure on the pedal for 20 seconds or so. Does the pedal move slowly (or quickly) to the floor? If so then there is a leak somewhere in the system. Keeping pressure on the brake pedal, start the vehicle. Does the pedal no drop? It should. That is the power assisted vacuum kicking in as the engine starts to run.The bottom line is that we are talking about your brakes. Your life, your passengers lives and the lives of others on the road around you depends on that system working properly. If you have any doubts, or feel uncomfortable, take it in to have it looked at. Know specifically what it is doing so that you can have your repair facility look at what you are feeling and tell you if

REASON PEDAL GOING TO FLOOR YOU HAVE FLUID LEAK WHICH WILL CAUSE AIR TO GET IN THE CLUTCH HYDRALIC SYSTEM. YOU HAVE TO LOCATE LEAK FIX AND BLEED THE CLUTCH HYDRALIC SYSTEM.
