Bought a convergence repair kit for my Samsung HCP-4752W DLP...ICs are replaced and I'm ready to refit the board back in the unit...the kit came with two 3 amp pico fuses...I can not see any similar looking fuses anywhere near the heat sinks upon which the ICs are fixed...does this unit even have pico fuses near the heat sinks? The board is BP41-00070A... Love to know before I put things back together... Thanks so much, Tim

You will need to replace the two convergence ICs and then check and possibly replace the pico fuses on the D board and G board. The Sony number one convergence repair kit available from www.tvrepairworld.com is the correct kit for your model. The kit contains both ICs and the 8 pico fuses plus the CD with detailed repair instructions.

There are no a whole DLP tv model Philip convergence board out there to buy.U only can buy a convergence kit,came in parts like 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors parts for sale.Hire a shop to fix ur DLP tv convergence board.They'll charge u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

Reset the colors back to factory setting,that still a problems? Have you used 'perfect focus' with no improvement?
Are all colors present and correct (other than the convergence)?
If so then convergence ICs are the culprit.
Replace them both.
Yours are Sanyo STK394-250. ($14.51 each at mcmelectronics.com)
Do you have any experience soldering or working on electronics? If you do it is a fairly straightforward repair. There are many online resources to assist you.

Ur convergence it dead,must replaced convergence ics.resistors so..Buy a convergence kit,use what in that kit,u know how to solder right?Tries Tv repair World.com,Ebay.com or Repair kits,for this convergence kits,most of the DLP tvs with this prob.

theas units have a comen problem of the color weel failing, first check the lamp then the wheel and all fans.

With power on, press Mute-1-8-3. That will get you into convergence mode. 1 sets factory default convergence. Avoid pressing 2 - it resets everything. 3 restores the last saved settings, 4 switches among fine adjust, line adjust and grid move. 7,8,9 - select R,G,B. The three keys below those turn RBG on/off.

Self-focus to save the settings. S-Mode to exit.

It can be a REAL headache, but take your time, and you'll get it done.

As an after thought....if you have a need to manually adjust the convergence, you probably have something wrong - unless you've just replaced parts and are doing the initial convergence.

if youre having convergence issues with your samsung HC-P4752W you need to replace both convergence ICs numbers STK392-010 they are available at the following link and they provide free instalation instructions with pics so you can do the repair your self and they also give free tech support in case you need extra help. Its an easy repair takes about an hour from start to finish, Changing the convergence board wont help as the Convergence ICs are located on the sub deflection board and thats about 400 to replace the board compared to 50 to replace the ICs.
