No software for installation unable to print due

If you are unable to install the driver software check if there are any driver files that have not been removed from your computer (this might have been installed during the incomplete installation). Also, check if you are installing the correct driver and if you have selected the correct operating system.

Open Change device Installation, and then select the Change device installation settings Control Panel setting. In the Device Installation Settings window, select the option to automatically download the driver.

Get ready for driver installation by connecting your printer to the computer with a USB cable or through your local network. Open Devices and Printers and select your printer's name, if it is not listed, then add your printer to the list.

You can also download the driver software from our website. Double-click the downloaded driver file, click Run and the installation will begin. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

The driver software can also be installed from the driver CD. Load the CD in the drive and begin the installation. You can choose between Custom install and Easy install. It always better to install all the features.

Print Shop Pro Publisher version 11 was built for Platform OS: Windows 98 / Me / 95. It is an old software which is not for Windows 7(x86 or x64) OS. This is due to software compatibility issues with Windows 7 ie an old software running on a newer OS Platform.

You have to get a newer version which is compatible with Win 7.

You have answered the question you posed. Simple- you cannot print because the DRIVERS for the printes is NOT INSTALLED.

Solution: Go to the manufacturer website, download the drivers relative to your printer model, install the drivers, and now you can print.

Oh, if your drive can read other CD's then the disc you are using is either DIRTY or DAMAGED.

The drivers and scan software can be downloaded from here or there are also links to order the CD from HP.

The full download is about 163Mb, if you have a slow connection you may want to order the CD. Typically the CD is free but there is a shipping charge of ~$10.

Download and install the new software and printer firmware from kodak.com (link below - firmware and software is the same for all the 5000 units). Do not use the CD, and Uninstall all previous versions before installing the new software you download from the site.

see this problem of printers not printing is to much try and do this disconnect the printer from the system then connect it again then try and instal it again.
