SOURCE: Frigidaire front load washer (LTF600ES1) Error E20
holla, Im not showing a E20 code on the tech sheet. There is a E21. Water not draining fast enough. Try holding the start/pause and cancel key together for 3 seconds. The door lock, wash, rinse and final spin leds should light. Any error codes should be displayed when holding those keys. If you see a different error code, post it. If not, I would suspect a clogged pump...Catriver.

Going to take a little surgery. Most likely a small sock or other article made its way down the drain pipe and clogged against the pump.
I have a Frigidaire Gallery Series front load washer. I've had to do the following at least six times in the last year and a half. Each and every time, it was an errant sock from my three year old.
First, unload all the wet clothes into a garbage bag. Then **** out all the water using a wet/dry vac. You need to do this for safety reasons because you're going to be tipping the washing machine back and having water slosh around could cause it to fall on you.
Once you've sucked out as much as you can, pull the washing machine out from the wall by about three feet. Then with the help of someone, tip it backwards so that it rests against the wall. Have your friend hold it in place.
At the bottom on the front are two screws holding a panel on. Remove those to gain access to the guts.
If you look to your right side you'll find a pliable rubber boot mated to a hard plastic pump. Using a pair of channel locks or other suitable pliers, squeeze the wire clamp down and pull towards yourself. Be prepared for some water spillage when it comes off. I usually put some towels under the pump area and then use the wet/dry vac to **** the rest of the water out of the rubber grommet area.
Once this is off, you'll most likely find something clogging up the pump (the hard plastic part). Pull that out and essentially reverse your actions up to this point to put it back together. I will warn you it takes some patience to get the pliable rubber boot and clamp back in place on the pump inlet. Sometimes it takes me four or five attempts and I've done this a few times already. The key is to make sure you've made a good seal and the wire clamp is holding securely.
If you bought the under washer/dryer storage boxes, you might be able to get away without tipping it back, but I don't know for sure. The important thing is to try and get as much water out as possible.
Good luck.

All the lights are on, but the door lock. We have unplugged it, doesn't help. Our washer is the front load, model LTF 2140ES0.
