I have just got a Canon Pixma iP4500 but as I use a Mac with leopard OS X 10.5.4 I have had great difficulty with the Easy-PhotoPrint EX that I had to download. When I want to select a photo to print only a few are highlighted and the others remain grey and unable to select. I have tried saving to the desktop etc but nothing works. Please help as the printer is useless unless I can select a photo to print. Thank you

I'm not sure about easy photoprint ex,but the version before that only supports jpegs.If its a .bmp or .tif it won't even show up in the pictures.Also make sure there named...such as xxxxxx.jpg,with the .jpg or it won't print those either.hope this helps.I myself am looking for a way to use easy-photoprint with a brother printer.Allan
