Try searching with Google - most manuals are available from various sites, although you may be required to pay a small fee.

Go to the manufacturer website and request an English version of your cars owners manual! You can have a new one mailed to your residence!

If you cannot find the Italian manual, use GOOGLE TRANSLATE and translate the parts you need from English to Italian.

The first thing you are going to need to do is to take a look at the manual for the phone in English (if you can't read German.)

Then, you'll need to view an owner's manual in German - to compare the directions. And, third, you'll probably need an online translator to translate German to English.

If you cannot find a user manual in English, I've found a website that offers one in Italian.

There is a work around for this. What you'll need to do is download the Italian user guide to your PC. After opening the PDF file (the manual) click and highlight the paragraphs (or any word) then right click and select copy. (Up to 2000 characters at a time.)

Then, go online to this website: http://translate.reference.com/

There, you can right click and paste the information from the manual - section by section.

If worse comes to worse, I communicate with some German friends (which I don't speak or read) and use one of the free translation sites. You type it in & translate it to English or whatever language you want.

Operators manual only describes how to install and set up. The Technician's manual is translated from Italian and is purposely vague. (Cimbali wants you to go to tech school). Suggest you ask for a annual preventive maintenance from your local service Cimbali dealer. You may need an overhaul/de-scaling which will be very expensive (+$1,000) in labor and parts. (mostly labor as it takes us about 40-50 hours per machine.) Hopefully you just need to change the worn parts in both groups and a vacuum valve. Good luck!
