First go to Menu. Then click on settings. It has the screwdriver icon Click on it Then scroll down to 'Phone'

language or in hindi it says Bhaasha. Click it. Then u will get phone
bhaasha. Clicking it will open the languages. Click on English or any
other language required.
Go to: Select Menu > Settings > Phone > Language Settings > Phone Language. I'm not sure if it has the specific Language you are looking for, but this is how you change the language on the phone, hope this helps, best of luck.
