If the oven is set up to vent outside, then the metal mesh grease filters are used, and they should be cleaned in warm soapy water whenever they look greasy or dirty.
If the oven is set up to recirculate, then the charcoal filter is used, and it must be
replaced (not cleaned) every 6-12 months, depending on use.
This model does not have a separate cooling fan like most other models. It replies on the vent fan for magnetron cooling, so if the filter(s) gets too dirty, it can reduce the cooling air flow, which can allow the magnetron to overheat and be destroyed.
I would need to know a little more to help narrow down the "no heat" problem.
If the cooling fan, turntable, and inside light all come on when you press "Start" to cook, then I would ask if you here a "thump" when you press "Start."
If so, then the high voltage section is getting energized. If not, then it may be the cook relay on the control board, which I can affordably repair.
The support page for your oven is
here, and it has manuals and part lists you can download.
