Now a days fb's policies very strict . ist of all u read rules for acount of fb. If u done mistakes they blocked your acount .

you'll have to create another account or talk to the moderators on facebook to see if they will give you another chance, not likely though.

your Husband has set the settings to rememebr him and his face book page what you need to do is get him to sign in then change the settings
