The only chance you have got is to remove the large sump hose from the pump to the bottom of the drum, this will allow you to get your fingers into the bottom of the drum, and hopsfully retrieve the sock.

Something stuck underneath drum, how do you remove?

Socks and alike stuck in inner drum can be removed easy by taking off the bottom sump hose ,this will let you see where sock is perhaps/failing that you could remove the heater element, giving a bigger picture in within the drum.......Good luck.

My WD440 has trown its drive belt and something

hi
it sounds like there is a sock or something simular stuck between the drum and tank, the paddle is removable which may help you hook out the item,if you grab the drum paddle from the rear and pull it towards you it will then lift up,once you have removed the offending item, you just line up the slots on the drum with the pegs on the paddle and push towards the rear of the machine and you will here a click, this means the paddle is secure.

Water pours out from soap/softener drawer at top...

I'm guessing, what with this having been posted nearly a year ago, that this has been resolved, one way or another, but I thought I would post this solution for the benefit of others:

We had this same problem, where water was flowing out from underneath the detergent dispenser. The problem we had was a blockage between the dispenser and the drum, so after taking the console and door-panel off the washer, I removed that black tube from the dispenser to the drum and pulled out the matted-up sock which had somehow made its way there. Good luck!

Drum not turning properly

Check the belt and see that it is not worn down, kind of like a fan belt on a car. You may want to replace it anyway. next, the motor be be loose from the frame it is fastened to. Feel the surface of the drum for any grooves or worn places. There may be build up of debris. You can take off top of dryer to gain easier access to the drum.

Drum Stuck

First, take off the top of your dryer. Use a screwdriver to pry the top up in front, then it's usually held on by some swing metal hinges on the back that simply come off by themselves as you rotate the top of the unit up and back. Then, you should be able to see all the screws and metal brackets holding the front of the unit on, remove all of these and you should be able to pull the front off. It may be necessary to unplug some of the wires when doing this. Then you should have full access to the front lint filter section on the door, and the fan section underneath the drum. The fan and the drum spin together, so if the sock is stuck in the fan that will also stop the drum. Good luck

Washer spins slowly & won't drain

Look at the bottom of the front panel. There on either side is a philips head screw. removing these will release the front panel. the upper part may have spring clips to the top. clearly it is nearly impossible for a sock to get stuck in the pump as the water drains out through all them tiny holes in the drum. look for a broken belt. there should be two of them. the motor is in the left front portion of the washer and is spring loaded to push out from the center.
