Re-align the film roll on the Drum. This worked for me. There are two wheels on the outer-side of the film reel (the film reel is one of two reels on the main top drum). Take out the drum, not the green reel, but the other one. Check both ends and you can se/feel two little silver metal wheels (again, at the ends). Roll the film around with your fingers until it is aligned evenly with the wheels. The metal on the wheels should not be showing at all, they should both be covered by the film reel. Replace the drum
