The touchscreen of my nokia 5230 is not working, the problem is, the new touchscreen cannot calibrate because i cant open my phone because of security code, how can i remove the security code without the use of the touchscreen?

Take battery, back cover, sim card and memory card out. Leave it in dry and warm place. Let it be there 2-4 days and let it dry, after this you can hope it works but there is no guarantee.

the problem here is that either your phone is too old or even if you have bought it new it has too many scratches or its a resistive touchscreen which generally needs to be pressed hard PLEASE RATE MY ANSWER.....

It's not a good idea to decide which component needs replacing and then pay to have it done. It's much better to let someone who is experienced diagnose the problem for you. It might have been a very small adjustment, with a very small cost.
