It's always a good idea to look at the websie of the manufacturer before posting a question here.
That's what I do when I answer them!

First the computer may have been acquired with user guides or manuals. Also, the computers manufacturers internet site www.apple.com would usually provide details. Also, power on the computer and pressing on the help buttons or F function keys would provide builtin user guide about navigating through the system.
