Question about Washing Machines
Machine stops before last spin cycle Error code PFE shows up on display screen. Just out of warrenty and troubleshoot guide has nothing about it.
I dont have data on this specfic machine but from experence id say check the drain pump for blockage or something jamming the pump but reamber there is water still in the tub when you check this i reccomend if you have a shop vac pull the water out through the drain hose before checking the drain pump

Open and close the door two or three times to reset the sensor. Sometimes the door has been closed too hard and the sensor reading fails.
