Heidi, There will be quite a bit of disassembly required to remove belt, I have attached your manual, which shows an exploded view showing what has to be removed to access rollers and remove belt. you may get away with dissembling/remove front motor cover, remove rear roller and front roller.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Treadmill flips breaker after staring up for about a second?

An overload causes the breaker to open. First: The motor might have a bad field winding or internal partial short: Second: A bearing on one of the rollers may be shot? You can check for this by simply walking on the tread. It should move, if not there is a bad bearing. A far out reason is that the breaker is opening at less than rated current. (failed breaker). If you have a long heavy duty extension #16 gauge wire (18 gauge minimum), try another outlet that you know is on another breaker.

My incline stopped working a few weeks ago. Now I have another problem, I turn it on and the belt starts then stops.

The motor controller weakens over time because of the excessive amperage draw of the motor do to lack of lubrication (which wears the walk belt and walking deck).

Take an amperage reading of the motor it should be 2-3 amps with no one on it, with someone walking on it it should be around 6-12 amps. I would bet yours is elevated above 6-12 amps. The controller is dropping output because of the friction problem.

The first thing to try after testing the amperage is to lubricate the walking platform. Then retest and see if the amperage comes down and it doesn't shut off.

If it does then the next step would be to replace the walking deck. If the amperage still is up you may need to replace the walk belt second and finally if after replacing the deck and belt, if the unit is still shutting down replace the motor controller.

My epic T60 will go great for 10-15 minutes and then

These treadmills have what is called a thermal switch. It is designed to shut the machine off if it gets too hot. To help this problem you can purchase some treadmill lubrication. It is a waxy based substance that you put on the underside of the walking belt. That is the most inexpensive alternative. You may need to purchase a new walking belt. How you can tell if yours needs to be replaced is to put your hand on the underside of the walking belt. You should feel a texture like a screen door if it is in good condition. When you pull your hand out it should feel like you have been eating popcorn, a little greasy. This will prevent the overheating problem and not shut your machine off in the middle of workouts.
