The companies don't recolor fixtures but there are bath refinshing outfits that do. There are also do it yourself kits to be had. I did a harvest gold shower once and it still looks good after 7 years.

Where can I purchase a new Kohler 85330-cp-17 Teal replacement molded wood elongated toilet seat for our existing toilet?

You cannot. As you state, it is discontinued, confirmed on Kohler site.

If color is really important, consider painting it or a new replacement using an appliance epoxy spray paint such as Rust-Oleum after careful preparation of the surfaces.

I changed out my Kohler shower diverter cartridge because it was leaking after doing so when you open any faucet in the house it will leak the more faucet you turn on the faster it leaks. The lady plumber...

did your old diverter have a shut off knob on it? if so you may have not noticed it leaking, -what causes that is the existing shower faucet may have been mounted to high from the spout below -or the pipe going down from existing fixture to the tub faucet spout pipe may not be at least 3/4", -if its 1/2" it will always do that

I have a Sterling tub & shower faucet that is about 25 years old that is leaking. I have replaced the seats & stems but it still continues to leak a small steady stream out of the tub spout. The...

Your fixture body may be corroded beyond repair. Since you've replaced all the rebuildable parts, I'd suggest you get a plumber to check it but expect that you'll need to replace the faucet. Get a modern "cartridge" (Delta, Moen or Kohler) fixture that can be easily repaired indefinitely.

I have a Kohler self rimming sink in my bathroon. It's now about 17 years old, but when it was new, I knew there'd be a problem with the finish. Early on I placed a cake of face soap directly on the ledge,...

It's probably a combination of the color and, in my opinion the sink not being properly sealed during manufacturing. All sinks, bath etc. need to be sealed to prevent staining. You may be able to get a professional restoration kit to clean it up. It's not cheap, but a lot less than a new sink.

Our Kohler sink has developed a chip in the bowl. How does one fix this?

There are people out there who go around and repair porcelain sinks and tubs, and fiberglass, You could try the home repair kit but they don't work that good, I fixed a brand new tub with epoxy paint that just happened to be the exact color. When the pros come to your house, they set up infrared and UV lights, mix up a little stuff, put it on the re and hit the lights, you can't even tell where it was chipped! But they don't come cheap. Hope this helps.

Can no longer drain tub unless I use a piece of plastic under the plug and use this to pull the plug out after the bath

At the base of the plug there is normally a stud with a thread on it to allow you to raise and lower the plug so that it seals or empties.

If that is not how your oulet is made then there is a lever behind the or to the side of the outlet underneath the sink, that also is adjustable on most sinks.

Sometimes it is via a spring clip which rusts and loses its grip

Old pink and purple bathroom needs help.

The consensus here is a medium to pale/light blue - black or dark blue would blend better, but it would be one darn dark bathroom. You want something that blends, not accentuates the purple.

Hope this helps :)
