All the lights light up, but washer won't fill when I push the start button. It is barely 3 years old. This happened before and then after I left it a while, when I pushed start it filled. I tried unplugging it for the recommended 2 minutes and plugging it back in, still nothing. a washer full of clothes and nothing!!

Unplug the machine for one minute. Plug back in and raise and lower the lid six times within 12 seconds. You may need to do it several times before it resets. After resetting the inverter board, put the machine in a spin cycle and see if it runs. If not, check for a green blinking light on the inverter board. It will flash failure codes according to the picture above. If no light you probably have a blown fuse built into the neutral side of the harness on the white/red wire.

We pulled our stacked washer out from the wall to service the cold water hose filter on the back of the unit. when we pushed it back into it's location the washer won't start, won't fill...

I know you don't want to hear this, but either you did something to the hose filter or you didn't get it plugged back in correctly.

If you banged the water inlet valve in moving it back, it might be damaged.

Suggest you unplug everything and start over.

I left my computer at a friends house for an hour and when I came back the screen is black, every once in a while you can barely see the start screen where your supposed to enter your password to log on, I...

It seems plausible that by your description the 3 year old turned the darkness on the screen all the way down. So I would try changing your brightness settings to see if that helped. It may also help to restart the computer. If your brightness is all the way up, and restarting the computer doesn't allow you to see anything (even in Post) then something more definitely happened.

My GE washer won't start on any dials. When I push the start/pause button, the lights come on, but nothing will start. However, I can hold the "load" dial on reset and it fills up with water, but that's...

No promises. The last washer I repaired would fill and that was all.
The 'door/lid closed' switch was not making a connection internally at the switch aka bad switch.
Be worth a try.
