In the Sticky: Neptune TL Washer FAV6800AWW 5 post down you will find a link to the Service Manual. You absolutely need the Service Manual to DIY issues with the machine. It's not the best SM but will get you started. I also have repair post in that sticky to help with the most common issues with the machine. If you need help open a post in that repair forum and I will try help you through your issue.

Based off the information you have provided the cycles inside of your Frigidaire washer will stop at 12 minutes and making a grinding noise. I also see that you receive an E11 error code and that stands for a long fill time. I would recommend checking over the hoses to assure they are installed properly and not restricted. You may have an issue with your drain pump, motor, or water valve. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes.
